Did you know that providing the Bureau of Health Professions with your email address will enable the Department of Community Health to notify you in the event of a public health emergency? If you haven't already, go online at www.michigan.gov/mylicense and add your email address to our records by logging-in and following the "License Address Change" link. You can also report a change in your mailing address on the same site.
