Orientation Information:
Group orientations are scheduled every other Thursday at 10:00 a.m. During orientation, participants can apply for services and receive an intake appointment. Please call 517-780-7450 or 877-901-9196 (toll free) to be scheduled for an orientation.

From the West: I-94 East to Exit 139
From the East: I-94 West to Exit 139
From the North: 127S to I-94E to Exit 139
From Exit 139: Go South on Cooper Street. Cooper Street turns into 3 lanes, one way. Cross over railroad tracks, road will fork, veer right. At first light, take a left (Francis Street). Next light is Washington; go through. Turn left on next street (Wesley Street). Building is on left, parking on right.
From the South: 127 to M-50 to exit (downtown Jackson, also called Airline Drive). Go through stop lights at South Street, High Street and Morrell Street. Turn left on Franklin Street (no light). Turn right on Francis Street, then right on Wesley Street. Building is on left, parking on right.

Our staff consists of trained rehabilitatio
n professionals who assist people who have a physical and/or mental disability which interferes with their ability to obtain or maintain employment. Our staff will work with eligible applicants to develop a rehabilitation program designed to result in employment.
Areas of specialty: services to persons with mental illness, transition services for youth, services to businesses, workplace accommodations, job acquisition, and cardiac rehabilitation.
Our office participates in the Rehabilitation Renaissance program, which is a collaborative project involving MRS staff, customers who elect to participate in the project, and a support team from United Cerebral Palsy of Metropolitan Detroit. The project uses innovative tools and techniques to promote informed choice and successful employment outcomes among people who have significant disabilities.
