JANUARY 26, 2006- The Michigan Commission on Spanish Speaking Affairs will meet in a public session on Friday, February 3, 2006.  The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Lansing City Hall, City Council Chambers, 10^th floor, 124 W.
