WIA & Wagner-Peyser Act Program Year 2009 Strategic Plan Modification

The State of Michigan has modified the existing Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Wagner-Peyser Act Strategic Plan to include implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) for Program Year 2009, in accordance with the Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 14-08, issued March 18, 2009.
