There have been programs, relationships and services produced this year that will help us to continue building a system that produces a workforce with the required skills to maintain and enhance the state’s economy. We must also begin working with the students in the education pipeline right now. We must ask employers what they will need from the workers of the future.

The next year is sure to bring many new opportunities for our great state. I look forward to wonderful times ahead.
