The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth, Bureau of Workforce Transformation, Division of Lifelong Learning is soliciting proposals from partnerships to conduct adult learning demonstration projects to be supported as part of No Worker Left Behind. The purpose of this demonstration is to increase the number of adult learners with the basic skills necessary to participate and succeed in No Worker Left Behind funded post-secondary education and training programs required for success. Collaboratives are also intended to demonstrate the effectiveness of regional partnerships at delivering comprehensive services to adult learners.
