Changes in Foreign Labor Certification Program

Effective March 28, 2005 all applications for Permanent Alien Labor Certification must be filed with the National Processing Center in Chicago, Illinois.   The address is:

This agency will no longer process applications for Permanent Labor Certification.

However, the processing of temporary labor certifications (H-2B non - agricultural), (H-2A agricultural) and online prevailing wage determinations will remain the same.

Questions may be sent via e-mail to PERM.DFLC@dol.gov. It is encouraged that questions be submitted by e-mail because the Division of Foreign Labor Certification intends to post responses to frequently asked questions on its Web site at: http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/.
