Contact: Heather Throne 517-373-1085

Deadline for reserving booth space is Thursday, July 14, 2012

March 29, 2012

The Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD) will be hosting Michigan pavilions at this year's Michigan Restaurant Association (MRA) and Michigan Grocers Association (MGA) shows.

The Michigan Pavilion is a selected area within the trade show where Michigan's agriculture-based companies are identified for attendees while promoting their Michigan made products. Both events will be attended by industry decision makers such as buyers and distributors.

Through federal grant dollars, both trade associations and MDARD are offering booth space at significantly discounted prices with additional discounts to specialty crop companies.

The MGA show will be held on September 10, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Dearborn Inn in Dearborn. Additional show details can be found at http://www.michigangrocers.org/e_events.htm

The MRA show will be held on October 16, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and October 17, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. Visit http://mravideos.com/2012tradeshow/index.html for more event information.
