Dairy Digest is the Michigan Department of Agriculture's newsletter for the dairy industry including dairy farmers, milk haulers, processors, and general consumers. The Dairy Digest provides important information on changes to Michigan's dairy laws as well as updates to dairy policies. Public Act 266 is the Grade "A" Milk Law of 2001; Public Act 267 is the Manufacturing Milk Law of 2001.
