Survivor Tuition Application & Information

Spouses and children of police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty can access the application for participation in the tuition waiver program from this Web site or you may request an application for participation in this tuition waiver program by calling or writing:

In addition, applicants must make application and enroll in a participating community college or state university. Applicants should apply for financial aid at the college or university by submitting the standard financial aid application used by the college or university.
