Russell Tanner of Dexter Becomes Instant Millionaire For Second Time!

Russell Tanner of Dexter Becomes Instant Millionaire For Second Time Photo

Russell Tanner of Dexter always dreamt of becoming a millionaire.  But, he never thought Lottery luck would strike twice.  Two years ago, on June 5, 2002, Tanner’s wish was granted when he scratched off a Michigan Lottery “Casino Riches” instant ticket to win a $1,000,000 top prize.

Last week, just a few days prior to his 78th birthday, Tanner bought a “$1,000,000 Dream” instant Lottery ticket hoping to once again find Lottery luck.  Upon scratching it off, Tanner was shocked to learn he had again won a $1,000,000 top prize.
