Public Act 202 of 2017, the Protecting Local Government Retirement and Benefits Act (the Act), was signed into law and placed in immediate effect in December 2017. The forms and filing requirements listed on this website are only required by local governments who offer a defined benefit pension and/or a defined benefit retirement health care system.
