Genealogy Research Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No research hours on Thursday.

Comments: No more than two genealogists at one time. No children are allowed. Thursday is Circuit Court Motion Day which allows no space for research.

Births: 1867 to 1900.

Deaths: 1867 to present.

Marriages: 1839 to present.

Divorces: 1976 to present.

Other: Cemetery. Have copies of many of the cemetery records available for research.

Calhoun County printed the 1994 Michigan County Clerks Genealogy Directory, prepared as a product of this inventory. The Archives of Michigan revised this on-line edition of the directory in 2001.
