This is a special meeting by teleconference only to discuss the proposed maintenance policy. The Michigan Commission for the Blind (MCB) Consumer Involvement Council is made up of representatives from organized consumer groups and current agency clients. It provides formal consumer input to the Michigan Commission for the Blind Board. The draft maintenance language and corresponding existing MCB Policy Manual text are included at this link.
