How do I obtain copies of inspection records?

Please submit all requests via mail to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Management & Technical Services Division, Freedom of Information Section, P.O. Box 30649, Lansing, Michigan 48909-8149 or fax to 517-322-1505, or submit an electronic Request for Public Records, or email to FOIA Coordinator. For additional information, call 517-322-1295.
