* Governor Snyder issued Executive Order 2011-4 on February 23, 2011, sending the enforcement of the Youth Employment Standards Act, 1978 Public Act 90, from the Wage & Hour Division of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs to the Michigan Department of Education. Youth Employment Outreach by the division stopped in April 2011.
