Registration to MAPS Online is easy and only takes a few moments. MAPS Online is available 24/7 to request MAPS reports.
Registration to MAPS Online requires completion of the Request for Access to MAPS On-Line-Law Enforcement/Government Agency/Other form. You may download the form using the following link:
Mail the completed form to the address listed below for processing. Please note faxed or emailed forms cannot be accepted. Law enforcement agencies will be notified upon approval of their request via email, at which time online access will be available to request MAPS reports. Requests for MAPS reports may be submitted on a 24/7 basis; however, requests are manually approved by MAPS administrative staff during normal business hours. Registration to MAPS is on an individual basis as each individual requesting a MAPS report must have their own User ID and password.
