Notification of Public Health Emergencies

Did you know that providing the Bureau of Health Professions with your email address will enable the Department of Community Health to notify you in the event of a public health emergency? If you haven't already, go online at www.michigan.gov/elicense and add your email address to our records by logging in and following the "License Address Change" link. You can also report a change in your mailing address on the same site.
