Nursing Home Quarterly Staffing Reporting

Access to report data via the online Quarterly Staffing Reporting System (QSRS) is now available to the current facility administrator and ONE additional person facility user. The Authorization for Quarterly Staffing Reporting System Access is required to provide access to ONE additional person per nursing home. The additional submitter must register for a Single Sign On Account (SSO). The SSO UserID MUST be included on the request form. Instructions to register for SSO and use of the QRSR access are available below.

The method for reporting Nursing Home Quarterly Staffing has changed beginning with the 4th Quarter 2011 reporting week. Quarterly Staffing submission is now an online system using the State of Michigan Single Sign-On (SSO) system. Paper submissions will no longer be accepted.

Each facility administrator must register for an account to access the new program. Click here for SSO registration and submission instructions.

No late submissions will be accepted. Facilities that fail to report will be shown with no data on the Quarterly Staffing data posted on the Bureau of Health Care Services' web page.
