Listing Requirements
The immigration clerical assistant listing requirements include submitting a completed application with a $250.00 application fee and a copy of your contract. The application consists of the applicant's name, personal and business addresses denoting a specific location other than a post office box, facsimile number, and e-mail or website address. An applicant must also file and maintain in force a corporate surety or cash bond for the sum of not less than $50,000, conditioned upon the faithful and competent provision of services.
