You will receive receipt of your complaint within 30 days. Subsequently, your complaint will be reviewed. If the complaint is within our jurisdiction, an investigation will be initiated.
If we do not have jurisdiction over the matter, we will notify you by mail as soon as possible. We can only assist you if the complaint alleges violations in areas of the occupational code or other licensing laws that we regulate.
