MPSC Authorizes Detroit Edison's to Implement Power Supply Cost Recovery Factor for 2008

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today authorized The Detroit Edison Company to implement a power supply costs recovery factor for 2008 of up to $0.01122 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
The utility on Sept. 28, 2007 filed an application seeking approval of its 2008 PSCR plan, five-year forecast and monthly PSCR factors for 2008. On Jan. 31, 2008, the company filed a new PSCR plan, seeking a revised PSCR factor of $0.01122 per kWh.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth.
