MPSC Reconciles Consumers Energy Company's 2005-2006 Gas Cost Recovery Revenues and Expenses

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement reconciling Consumers Energy Company's 2005-2006 gas cost recovery (GCR) revenues and expenses.

Under the settlement agreement, the utility will credit $2,644,479 to its GCR customers using a roll-in method.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
