The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Indiana Michigan Power Company to reconcile its 2005 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) costs.
The Commission authorized the utility to apply a PSCR reconciliation credit factor of 1.67 mills per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in its St. Joseph rate area and a PSCR reconciliation surcharge factor of 4.37 mills per kWh in its Three Rivers rate area for the billing months of September through November 2006.
The company filed an application for a reconciliation of its 2005 power supply cost recovery plan on March 31.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
