MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Authorizing Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op to Implement Its 2012-2013 Gas Cost Recovery Factor

May 1, 2012 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op to implement its 2012-2013 gas cost recovery (GCR) factor.
Under the settlement, the utility is authorized to implement a GCR factor of $0.5764 per hundred cubic feet for the months of April 2012 through March 2013, effective with the next billing month.
The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
