Beginning October 5 and continuing until Veteran’s Day, November 11, the team will be seeking donations to purchase a variety of gifts requested by Michigan troops deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The donations will be accepted by the Michigan Chamber Foundation in the ‘Recreation Funds for Michigan Troops in Iraq’ Fund and will be sent overseas in time to arrive for Christmas.
