The Library of Michigan Foundation today announced the addition of two new members to its board of directors, Paula Cunningham and Colleen Reid.
Cunningham is the third president of Lansing's Capitol National Bank. From 2000 to 2006, she served as president of Lansing Community College (LCC), where the main building on campus was officially named the Paula D. Cunningham Administration Building in 2006. She also serves on the boards of the American Association of Community Colleges, Ingham Regional Medical Center, Lansing Rotary Foundation, Capital Area United Way, Team Lansing and The Imagine Fund. Cunningham holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's in labor/industrial relations from Michigan State University.
An attorney with Reid Law Offices, PLC and an instructor at Lansing Community College, both since 1993, Reid is also president of the Joseph D. and Jerry L. Reid Foundation. She serves on the boards of Junior Achievement, St. Vincent Catholic Charities and Capital Area United Way. Reid holds a bachelor's degree in political science and French from Alma College; a Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA; and a Master of Laws in transnational business practice from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, CA.
