Each year our office receives a limited number of Braille calendars from The Braille Institute Inc. If you would like to receive the year 2000 Braille calendar, contact your reader advisor to place your name on a waiting list.

Focus on Blue Ridge Catalog

Our collection of the Blue Ridge Players plays recorded on cassettes continues to expand. We recently compiled all 36 titles into a catalog for your convenience. These dramatic works, written by gifted playwrights and performed by professional actors, converts your living room into a theater hall. Contact your reader advisor for more information.

Focus on New Cassette Magazines

The National Library Service new cassette magazines are available for you to order by contacting your reader advisor. If you currently receive the disc versions of the magazines listed below, your subscription will be automatically switched to the new cassette version. Please allow 8 weeks for any new magazine subscription. The Atlantic Monthly, Discover, Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine, Health and Nutrition Newsletter, Magazine of the Month, New Choices, Outdoor Life, QST, Sports Illustrated and True West.
