The release schedule for 2006 provides at least a rough indication of when ACS data can be expected in future years.

Data products based on surveys conducted in 2005 are scheduled for release in four waves between August and November of 2006:

   Wave 1 – August 15 – Demographic and Social Data

   Wave 2 – August 29 – Economic Data
                 (Click here for a list of individual tables.)

   Wave 3 – October 3  – Housing Data
                 (Click here for a list of individual tables.)

   Wave 4 – November 14 – Cross-tabulations by Race, Ethnicity,
                 and Ancestry
                 (Click here for a list of individual tables.)

In addition, the ACS Public Use Microdata Sample for 2005 is scheduled for release in late August or early fall of 2006.
