Patient information is restricted. Michigan Public Act 258 of 1974 stipulates that mental health patient records are closed to all save the individual patient (A court order would be needed for any exceptions.). The Department of Community Health is strictly enforcing this law, and they have requested us to remove all references to these materials from our web site.
