Despite a couple of inches of snow on the ground and frozen April showers, Governor Granholm and I participated in the 2005 Komen Greater Lansing Race for the Cure. Hundreds turned out on April 24 to celebrate cancer survivors and to raise money to support breast cancer education, screening, treatment, and support programs.
