When you are notified that your new vehicle has arrived, the vehicle can be picked up at the Lansing Garage or at a dealership close to your office. An appointment is necessary in either case. A copy of the notification e-mail from VTS must be presented when picking up any vehicle.
You need to review the documents within the Vehicle Papers envelope. This envelope contains important information regarding fuel, collision, and maintenance. Please take the time to learn about your new vehicle and special alternative fuel applications prior to operation.

Lansing Garage Delivery
For vehicles on order from the manufacturer that will be delivered at the Lansing Garage delivery location, contact Robert Rupert at 517-322-5118 or David Hofmeister at 517-322-5127.
Drop Ship Dealer Delivery
For vehicles on order from the manufacturer which will be delivered (drop shipped) to a dealership outside of the Lansing area, you will receive notification from your department vehicle coordinator. The notification contains contact information for the dealer so that you may schedule an appointment to drop off your old vehicle and pick up your new vehicle.
