Invitations To Bid (ITBs)
Purchasing Operations posts Invitations to Bid (ITB) and all relevant attachments on this site. After the initial post date, addenda and attachments will be posted as they are issued. Businesses interested in bidding should continue to review and monitor this site for changes and additional attachments prior to submitting a bid.

All questions should be directed to the appropriate buyer noted on the solicitation.

Without exception, the deadline for all bids to be received in DMB Purchasing Operations is 3:00 p.m. DMB Purchasing Operations Offices are located in the Stevens T. Mason Building, 2nd Floor. All visitors must enter the Stevens T. Mason Building through the north entrance (off the plaza) and present picture identification. Directions, parking, and information regarding accessibility accommodations are available here.
