FAQ
  General Information
Are there resources outside of the Department of Management & Budget that can provide hands-on assistance for procurement?

Answer:

Yes – there are excellent resources.

Michigan has 13 regional not-for-profit organizations that exist to assist.  Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) can help you with the many aspects of selling to the government.  To find the PTAC closest to you, visit their website at www.michigantac.org.

Michigan also has regional Small Business & Technology Development Centers (SBTDCs) that provide a full range of services for a variety of small businesses that are emerging and growing throughout Michigan.  To locate an SBTDC office, visit their website at www.misbtdc.org.
