Forest Fest

Forest Fest at Hartwick Pines Logging Museum includes a chance to meet Smokey the Bear, an American icon synonymous with protecting our forests.

 

Celebrate Michigan's forests in this annual event. Learn about the ecology of our forests and how the modern forestry industry helps to sustain the forests today. Plus, everyone in the family will enjoy hands-on activities and wildlife programs.

This event is free of charge, although a Michigan State Parks Recreation Passport is required for park entry. For more information, please send us an e-mail or telephone (989) 348-2537.
