Purchasing DNR Managed State-Owned Land

Dedicated State-owned lands managed by the Department can be requested for purchase by submitting a  Land Transaction Application.

Most sales, however, are offered only by means of public auction. Should lands not be sold at the public auction, parcels will be available after the close of the auction, for direct purchase at appraised value.
