To make your reservation, call us at 269-668-2876. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee all program requests will be met. Sorry, we are not able to take reservations by email. Program availability for those calling after the signup period has passed are subject to Hatchery Interpreter approval.

Spring School Programs: Reservations are taken in February and March.

Fall School Programs: Reservations are taken in August and September.

If you are on our School Program mailing list, you will receive a reminder postcard in January for spring programs and in late August for fall programs. Not on the list? Just call us and we would be more than happy to add you.

Please have the following information available when you call:

Name of contact. If the primary contact is different than the teacher(s) bringing the students to the visitor center, please provide us with all pertinent names.

School name, address, phone number and e-mail address of contact(s)

Grade level

Total group size

Name of program requested

Preferred program time slot (morning or afternoon)
