Amy Spray

- Amy resides in Lansing, Michigan and is a Resource Policy Specialist for the Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC). Amy grew up in northern Michigan were she gained experience in off-road vehicle riding. Balancing environmental stewardship and managing recreation is something both Amy and MUCC take very seriously in all forms of outdoor activities. MUCC has represented the interests of Michigan sportsmen and women since 1937, and will continue to do so in their representation on the Michigan ORV Advisory Board.
Glenn F. Moll

- Glenn resides in Newberry, Michigan and has been involved in motorized recreation with his family for many years. He is also an avid bicyclist and cross-country skier. Glenn is a member of the Cycle Conservation Club (CCC) of Michigan and the Tahquamenon Motorcycle Club in Newberry, and has been a volunteer in the trail maintenance program and he also helped to construct the Newberry to Brevort motorcycle trail. Glenn also served on the U.P. ORV Task Force and has been involved with a host of other activities. Glenn has been a board member since 2002.
Dick Ranney

- Dick is from National City, Michigan and served four two year terms as an American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Congressman and is past president of the AMA District 14. District 14 is the largest AMA District in the nation with approximately 4500 members. He also currently serves on the Mounds Advisory Committee. Dick and his family have been involved in off-road motorcycling since 1956 and have competed in enduros, ice races, dirt track, and hare scrambles. He retired from General Motors after thirty-one years. Dick currently owns a small excavating company with his sons and he semi-retired in April 2002. Dick has been a board member and chair since 2002.
Pete Wyckoff

- Pete resides in Battle Creek, Michigan and is employed by Ducks Unlimited's Great Lakes/Atlantic Region office in Ann Arbor. Pete has a background in both Biosystems Engineering and Fisheries and Wildlife from MSU and is finishing his MS in Biosystems Engineering as well as working for DU. He brings technical knowledge of restoration projects as well as soils, hydrology, vegetation and fish and wildlife resources.
Larry Harrington

- Larry resides in Crystal Falls, Michigan and retired after 21 years with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources as a Fire Officer. In the last five years of his employment with the State of Michigan he was responsible for the snowmobile and off road vehicle program in the western three counties of the Upper Peninsula. He is a 12 year member of the Iron County Board of Commissioners and is currently a State Pool Board Director on the Michigan Municipal Risk management Authority. He is a 10 year member of the Crystal Falls Fire Authority and is an active Committee Vice Chairman on ANSWERS (Alliance of Northern States Working to Ensure Regional Stability). Larry has been married to his wife Shelby for 48 years and has 2 Children, 4 Grandchildren, and 2 Great Grand Children.
Scott Strait

- Mackinac County Sheriff Scott Strait resides with his wife and children in Hessel, Michigan. Sheriff Strait obtained his bachelors degree in criminal justice from Lake Superior State University. In 1986, he joined the Mackinac County Sheriff's Office as a deputy sheriff, K-9 handler and eventually became the County's training officer. He started teaching at Lake Superior State University in 1995 at the police academy teaching firearms, emergency driving, OUIL enforcement and several other subjects. He received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Northern Michigan University in 2001. Sheriff Strait is in his second term as Sheriff.
John Bernard

- John resides in Harrisville, Michigan and has been an avid ORV enthusiast since his early teens. John currently serves on the Alcona County Parks and Recreation Board. As a member, he assists in maintaining approximately 100 miles of snowmobile trail in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the United States Forest Service. He is the owner of JB's Auto and Marine repair located in Lincoln, Michigan, and has been in business for 18 years. John and his two daughters enjoy camping and ORV outings several times a year.
