SALE OF MINERAL AND ALLIED RIGHTS (MPA 908): Conveyance of state-owned ingress and egress to watercourses and mineral rights E1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 23, T27N, R02E, Elmer Township, Oscoda County, 10.00 acres, more or less, have been requested by Charles Varner Jr., of Mio, Michigan, on behalf of Henry L. and Deborah K.
