Island Lake Recreation Area
July 22 - Running Fit Sprint Triathlon Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. Event is part two of a three race "Run Fit Tri" and will consist of a.5 mile swim, 12.4 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. Further information can be found at http://www.runtrextri.com/. Michigan State Park Permit is Required.
