Variable Data Print at the Consolidated Print Center
The Consolidated Print Center (CPC) provides high volume mainframe and network print services. We can accommodate a variety of data streams and have advanced software tools available that can compose and format documents.
Examples of some recent accomplishments include the Department of Human Services Bridges and CHAMPS (Community Health Automated Medicaid Payment / Processing System) projects.
We have the ability to direct a one-time print request or improve existing processes by managing many of your routine office mailings.
Printing
The CPC printers are designed for high-volume print applications and offer a number of solutions to process jobs in the most efficient manner possible. We provide both simplex and duplex imaging and utilize a variety of print devices that can accommodate numerous cut-sheet and continuous feed stocks. Variable data can be merged with an electronic or pre-printed form and all of the necessary resources are digitally archived.
We work closely with Mailing Services to ensure any new application development meets the USPS standards for postal discounts to maximize your overall savings.
File Processing
The CPC supports several transfer protocols from a windows-based server environment and can work with your staff to decide the best method for processing data files.
Forms Creation
CPC technicians have composition tools at their disposal to assist you in creating an electronic form. They have the resources available to provide conditional placement of variable data onto either a pre-printed or electronic document. Our analysts can provide more detail on the specific requirements for carrying out this service and can be reached by calling 517-322-5193.
