Electronic Document Management Solutions (TRIM and IRMA)
RMS now offers two different enterprise available digital storage and document management solutions for state agencies. Both systems are hosted securely inside the state's firewalls.
TRIM (Total Records and Information Management) is a centralized repository with robust end user functionality. TRIM has the capability of managing all state records, from point of creation to final disposition, regardless of format.
IRMA (Image Repository for Michigan Agencies) is a storage and retrieval service available for digital images. IRMA's easy user interface makes for a smooth transition to the use of imaged electronic records.
