Section 216(2) requires that DMB report all out-of-state travel.

Section 221(1) requires that DMB report policy changes made to implement public acts passed during the prior calendar year.

Section 710 requires that DMB report IT contract changes in excess of $500,000.

Section 715 of Public Act 128 of 2009 requires the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) to submit a fleet plan to the legislature within 60 days of the end of the fiscal year. 

Section 743 requires that DMB report on the status of construction projects associated with State Building Authority bonds and any refinancing undertaken by the State Building Authority. 

Sections 764(2) and 764(3) require that DMB report the status of major construction and preliminary planning projects.

Section 768 requires that DTMB report on the site preparation economic development fund.
