Fiscal Year 2008 - Public Act 127 of 2007

Section 216 (3) requires that DMB report all out-of-state travel.  Section 221(1) requires that DMB report policy changes made to implement public acts passed during the prior calendar year. Section 225 requires that DMB report continuous improvement efficiency mechanisms implemented by the department.  Section 710 requires that DMB report IT contract changes in excess of $500,000.  Section 715 (4) requires that DMB report on the State's fleet plan.  Section 728 requires that DMB report on the status of construction projects associated with State Building Authority bonds.
