Fiscal Year 2006 - Public Act 146 of 2005

Section 216 (3) requires that DMB report all out-of-state travel. Section 710 of Public Act 146 of 2005 requires that DMB report IT contract changes in excess of $500,000 to the Legislature. Section 715 (4) requires that DMB report on the feasibility of using driver record information when issuing state cars.  Section 715 (5) requires that DMB report on the State's fleet plan.  Section 983 requires that DMB report on the status of construction projects associated with State Building Authority bonds.
