DTMB Facilities Security Clearance Request, Project-Related Contractor Access

Contractor Procedures for Obtaining Access to DTMB-managed facilities:
  • Access the DTMB Security Clearance Form (DTMB-453).  Review the instructions and complete the form.
  • Submit the completed form to DTMB Security via:
    • U.S. Mail to:  DTMB Security & Emergency Management, Joint Operations Center, 615 W. Allegan Street, Lansing, Michigan 48909
  • The approved DTMB Security Clearance Form will be valid for one year from the date of receipt unless otherwise indicated.
  • The contractor is responsible for updating and maintaining the form.
  • For questions or concerns, please call the DTMB Customer Service Center at 517-373-6227.
