DTMB-Procurement's Contract Connect will hold an educational event for design and construction contractors on Friday, May 18, 2012.
"Design & Construction Contracting 101" will provide vendors information on the State of Michigan contracting process as it specifically relates to the construction industry. The session will provide guidance to business owners to help them navigate the procurement process and bid on state contracts.

Contractors will have the opportunity to ask questions of Procurement Officials, including representatives from the Design & Construction Division. VetBiz Central, a veteran business organization, will also be in attendance to take questions and explain the types of resources that they have available.
