• E-mail Retention Training: This online course is designed for Michigan government employees, state and local.

• Versatile User Training: This online course is only available to state employees with a user account for the State of Michigan intranet. This presentation is stored in a very large file, and it may take a few minutes to open. This training contains audio, and you will need speakers or headphones to hear the presentation.

• Records Management Training Request Form: The Records Management Services (RMS) receives many requests for training and speakers at professional meetings or conferences. Please use this form to submit your request. Due to staffing limitations, RMS does not guarantee that it can fulfill all of the requests that are received.
