Vehicle & Travel Services coordinates temporary vehicle needs through motor pools for departments that require transportation services for official business.

Motor Pools are available at five locations: Secondary Complex, Capitol Complex, Escanaba, Traverse City and Detroit. For quick reservations to any of the motor pools, please use the on-line motor pool reservation.  Select the desired pool above to go directly to the reservation form for that pool.

We want to accommodate all requests by aligning a vehicle size and seating capacity to your needs. Your reservation helps us match the vehicle to your need.

Users of the on-line reservation form for the Secondary and Capitol Complex pools will receive an e-mail confirmation of their request.  THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION THAT THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.  A confirmation or denial message will be sent to the requestor within 1 working day.

Users of the Escanaba, Traverse City and Detroit motor pools make reservations through the Vehicle Reservation System.  This system allows drivers to search for and reserve vehicles in to meet their transportation needs.
