When a vehicle is needed for an emergency or other short-term use, contact your department Vehicle Coordinator to discuss options.  When all options have been explored, your department Vehicle Coordinator may authorize an Enterprise rental.  Your department is responsible for the full rental cost of the vehicle, including fuel.
